Just a few complaints - upholstery and carpet was going toward shabby chic, don't stay in a room near an elevator (they are charming, but noisy and prone to breaking), hotel restaurant is rather unnecessarily snobby (even by our DC standards), and the king size bed was hard as a rock with old fashioned bed spread.

2. The rooms are shabby at best, dried food on the furniture, greasy body prints on the bedding, crayon on the armoire, mold along the bathroom windows.
