Just a few complaints - upholstery and carpet was going toward shabby chic, don't stay in a room near an elevator (they are charming, but noisy and prone to breaking), hotel restaurant is rather unnecessarily snobby (even by our DC standards), and the king size bed was hard as a rock with old fashioned bed spread.

6. the infinity pool is more paddling pool than infinity pool and could of done with more loungers than arm chairs but thats just a little complaint i wasn't there to swim.

9. The suite itself was luxurious the only complaints would be that their was no coffee machine in the room and one wardrobe door could not be closed owing to an ill fitting carpet.
