1. Overall the rooms were outdated (stained sinks and carpets) but comfortable, a little overpriced, location was great, very close to the Presidio and we walked there and to the ocean every day we were in SF.

3. tax we paid a night seemed overpriced especially since it was not anything special and certainly wasn't at capacity when we stayed there.
