1. The only thing I didn't like was that the floors 'squeak' when you walk so if you have people below you it will be very annoying for them (it was for me).

2. Night 2: better, but i was still annoyed and was then nitpicking about street noise (i think it is next to a fire dept or something) and hearing the people above us walking and talking.
