1. We were placed in a room right above the bar the first night, & I was unable to sleep due to the thumping music that went on quite loudly until about 12:30 am, & continued a little less loudly until 2:00 am.

3. My room was right in the corner on the intersection of California and Presidio and I would have expected it to be rather loud with the buses in the morning, but I didn't find it to be loud at all.

9. It can be a little loud with sounds of traffic (you ARE in the city), and this last visit we were charged for parking which used to be free.

10. The area the hotel is nice for strolling, the bed was comfortable and although I had a room facing the street the mini bus was not too loud.
