3. Super small rooms--many of which overlook walls or Hvac units; no restaurant (can't even get a cup of coffee or a soda); huge, loud in room heating and a/c units; a $10 fee to workout at the local YMCA down the street; none of which they even disclose on the Kimpton web site.
