2. We went in right after they opened for dinner and when the hostess heard that we didn't have a reservation, she looked annoyed, checked her book and then said "Well, I can give you a table, but I need it back by 7:10.

4. Also, the staff watch and screen people like hawks--a bit annoying (like playing the 'Excuse me, but can I help you?' guitar riff from Wayne`s World), but if I had kids it would make me feel very safe having them go there.

The noise level from the adjacent roof ducts was very annoying the room we slept in the first night was larger but less comfortable hotel staff allowed us to view other rooms for our next nights stay and the second room was small, quieter (though still with the ducts outside), but more comfortable.
