1. Also, reception failed to mention we got free breakfast the 1st day so we ended up going out to eat and wasting $50 when we could have ate for free which really irritated us.

2. However, there is not a coffee maker in the room so you have to go downstairs to the lobby to get a cup of coffee in the morning - a minor irritation but irritating nonetheless, considering what the hotel charges.

3. The unit on the roof is not noisy during the day, but I found it a bit irritating at night and slept with the TV on all night to disguise the sound.
