1. He spent a lot of time helping the couple in front of me with a bunch of non-hotel-related issues, during which time my presence was never once acknowledged.

8. Dulce was on duty when I had an issue with an internet charge (I used the computer in the lobby and the directions were not clear as to how to get the 15 minutes free), she promptly reversed the charge and didn't make me feel like a cheat or liar.

9. The rooms are typical of ""boutique"" style hotels, fairly small but since we are usually out and about, it didn't present an issue.
