1. If you are on business or get a good deal (perhaps on weekends -- the place is quite expensive during the week), the Harbor Court is a great stay.

I have stayed in several hotels (including the very low and high end ones) throughout the city and believe me there are many hotels that are super expensive and well worth the money, but there are also too many that are decievingly mid-range priced as a nice place only to find out it's run down or just disgusting.
