1. We saw two different tour buses parked up in the time we spent there proving this place is pure rock'n'Roll.

2. What's not to like?I say this isn't for everyone, and here's what I mean: they clearly skew towards the fun / party end of things, with a positive encouragement towards bands and rock'n'roll visitors to stay there.

7. The Phoenix is supposed to cater to traveling rock and roll bands and I did see a van that was for a group, but it seemed like most of the guest were older in their fifties and sixties.
