1. The area around the Phoenix may not be the place you want to walk alone late at night (I was more annoyed at being asked for money on every corner than anything else - but that's in every major city).

3. Another thing that annoyed me: We were emailed "Stay 2 nights, get one night free" coupons from the hotel after our first stay at the Phoenix, and it had a "forward to a friend" link/button attached to the bottom of the ad.
