3. the hotel has a funky appeal - redone 15 years ago and seemingly untouched since then - very cool and helpful front desk guys - rooms ok - no ac and kinda dated, old baths - they have new rules to keep the partiers quiet - did not have a problem but the place probably not good for light sleepers as u will hear city noises car alarms and people walking directly outside your door and open old fashioned glass windows overall if u know what u r getting into it should be ok - liked the offbeat vibe, easy parking, non tourist feel.
