1. -Our room was next to an employees only door and this was a bit noisy as the employees started to walk in and out at 6 in the morning slamming the door.

2. It gets noisy in the evening, when the hipster crowd arrives at the bar, but the noise quiets down promptly at about 11 p.

3. This is a nice hotel with nice room but the bar / restraint turns into a late night bar, and the smoking area / outside area for this is the patio that all rooms look onto which dose get noisy at weekends.

7. Our only negative experience ( & it wasn't the hotels fault) was that a birthday party had been booked into the adjacent room & was very noisy.

8. (tip - it can be a little on the noisy side until 11pm but who goes to sleep before then?)Everyone was advising us about how dangerous the Tenderloin area is but honestly I'd rather stay there amongst the colorful characters and cheap delicious restaurants then be in a tourist trap any day.
