7. My only complaint was that when i was there, admittedly during freakishly cold weather, the room heater wasn`t quite powerful enough to warm the whole room and bathroom.

8. My only minor complaints were that the room had only a small heater which didn`t seem to work 100%, so I was a bit chilly for a while, and my room didn`t come equipped with a frig, which would have come in handy.

10. so far our check in was great my only complaint was the rise in price and the fact that other JDV hotels offer web discounts if you book for more than one night.
