4. The only problem that we had was the noise on the street at night so double glazing would be a good idea but it wasn't a big problem.

5. Only bummer - the only soda machine I could find was not working and I was dying of thirst after returning from a late concert - but since this was such small problem balanced with everything that was good, this place still gets an Excellent from us.

6. However, as we were not planning to spend much time there due to our busy sightseeing schedule, this was not a problem and the room was perfectly comfortable and clean.

7. Our room was on the 5th floor and we did not have a problem with noise, the cable cars could be heard but just added to the whole experience and did not disturb us.

9. We told the person on the front desk about the problem with the fan and the window we could not close.

10. This proved to have different problems, like the fan worked but no light (because we had the corner rooms - these were dark) the shower taps were fitted wrongly, so was hard to work out, the fridge was making a humming sound.
