1. Service is professional, not overly engaged or friendly, but we had no issues with anyone.

6. Besides if you are in San Fran you should only be in your room to nap from time to time and get a good nights sleep so room size shouldn't be an issue.

7. I do get that this hotel is suppose to be more affordable than the competitors, but having reliable hot water or a working vending machine should not have to be an issue here.

8. This goes back to the old building issue and the fact that SF is usually quite cool and AC would be only needed about 2-3 days a year anyway.

10. The hotel did not have air conditioning (not uncommon in San Francisco), but there was only 1 day where it was warm enough to be an issue.
