4. Be aware that around 1:30am on the north and east side of the building, there is several minutes of noise (trash dumping) that is loud enough to wake you up or loud enough to keep you awake (I'm a light sleeper but sheesh.

5. The Kensington Park Hotel is one block from Union Square, and while the area can be busy / loud day and night (think smaller version of Times Square) we heard absolutely no noise.
