1. We realised that the room, although not immediately noticeable had been disturbed and that draws were open & bags on the ground as it had been searched through.

2. Our room was on the 5th floor and we did not have a problem with noise, the cable cars could be heard but just added to the whole experience and did not disturb us.

4. Housekeeping would call us to ask if we wanted our room cleaned, even if we had a 'do not disturb' sign on the door - what if we were taking a nap? It was because housekeeping leaves at 4 everyday so you can`t get anything after that time.

6. The windows were extremely draughty and housekeeping were very noisy early in the morning talking loudly outside our room even though we were displaying a do not disturb sign on our door.
