1. unfortunately none of my requests were acknowledged and as a gold preferred Starwood member, I was a bit disappointed.

3. :( There is a fire station just a few doors down from the hotel, and unfortunately you can hear the sirens quite loudly (or at least we could from our room on the 12th floor).

6. As a whole, the hotel unfortunately does not live up to the 5 star criteria in my eyes, as I didn't always feel welcome and everything always seemed like such a hassle for the staff.
