9. 30am and the bar IS the lobby effectively) - left with a bad taste - plenty more better chains and boutiques in the city.

10. The bad - I was really surprised to find that generally, with the exception of the Ame restaurant, the staff could not really care less about guests and were quite aloof, just going through the process and almost as if they didn't want to be there, which was a shock in a property like this.
