The chauffeur was very friendly and was conversational (the pleasant way not the
awkward
way) Each night we were greeted when we returned and one of the staff took it upon him to remember my name and would greet us and personally go out of his way to provide transportation to wherever we were going.

I believe it is located on the 4th floor where the hotel's restaurant, Vitrine, is located, but it is quite
awkward
to walk past the hostess in order to get coffee.

I wanted to use the steam room and Jacuzzi on Sunday morning (around 9:30 am) but there was a man in the women dressing room asking me to come back in 10 min because he needed to fix something; I found it
awkward
since they should have kept the door locked when doing maintenance.

The touch-screen panel by the bed is a nifty little device but
awkward
as hell to reach and use in the middle of the night without your glasses when all you want is a bedside light to read by.

The hotel is quite new and some of the staff memebers seemed a bit
awkward
in the performance of their tasks (sort of like bieng nervous on a first date) but overall they were very helpful.
