1. We look at the room controller to see that we had accidentally left the do not disturb button on.

3. The location was great but noisy, which disturbed sleep, I know this is not the fault of the hotel - they can not help the noise of the city, but it is something to be aware of.

5. One thing I have to mention here is that on the day that I am checking out, the housekeeping lady opened my door without even knock (nor the Do Not disturb Sign) at 11am despite I had the checkout at 4pm.

6. For all of the other hotels we've stayed in with the exception of The Palace in NYC, our 'Do Not disturb' has been honored.

8. We value our privacy a lot, so for every hotel we stay at, the 'Do Not disturb' goes up as soon as we enter and comes down when we leave (it does not come off any time in between).
