1. Some may not like the noisy lobby lounge, which is popular with locals after work and in the evenings.

2. The location was great but noisy, which disturbed sleep, I know this is not the fault of the hotel - they can not help the noise of the city, but it is something to be aware of.

3. There is a firehouse a block or so away so it can get noisy for people who aren't used to being in a city but it was fine for me.

5. We found that they managed to get many little things wrong: (i) played ping-pong with our food with room service (the staff were on the phone but clearly some communication issues internally) - took ages, order was wrong twice; (ii) after having asked reception for a 30 minute extension to checkout, I had housekeeping knocking on my door 3x to check when I was leaving - felt like they could not wait to kick us out; (iii) internet (as mentioned before); (iv) concierge, while clearly knowledgable, don't exactly give off the impression they are happy to be helping you; (v) we ended up having a noisy room where we could hear the street below us (from the 18th floor), we asked to be moved, and this was meet with an icy and curt 'no' from front desk - there wasn't even much effort to explore options.

9. If the hotel knows there is a noise problem, even on the 12th floor, then I would think they would be booking out the quiet side of the hotel before they put anyone on the noisy side.
