observation is that the room/suite furnishings are looking slightly worn, some stains on the mohair sofa, and wood furniture looking very slightly scratched.

s include somewhat low water pressure for the shower, increased noise on the Market St side of the hotel, and maid still making up the room at 3:30 pm despite our leaving the room before 11 am.
