Each time we spoke to the front desk about one of these
problem
s, they were extremely pleasant and eager to help - but at over $400 a night we really shouldn't have had a
problem
every day - especially with something as basic as hot water.

, each time providing a very temporary solution.

Our TV also 'froze' while we were changing channels and was stuck on all night until someone came in the morning - it took all morning and three trips into our room by engineering to resolve that
problem
, which required replacing the TV entirely.
