At the end of our fist 5 night stay (we left for the weekend and then came back for another 6 nights), I asked to speak to a manager to express my displeasure at the constantly

housekeeping we had experienced throughout our stay.

They let out rooms to teenagers, fail to acknowledge mistakes, and do not follow up with upset customers -- VERY POOR.
