1. 5 stars: leaving only one robe in the room even thought they know there are two guests; making us ask for a coffee maker and not giving us everything but tea bags; charging an outrageous $54 per day for parking; promising a $5 coupon for skipping room service and at checkout telling us we have to sign up for their points plan to get it; leaving the absolute minimum number of towels necessary in the bathroom.

3. I was outraged at the $52/night parking fee - but then it was included for free in our room rate, which was a pleasant surprise when I checked out.

4. I understand that parking in San Fran is costly but $56 is outrageous especially when there are other lots that charge $30 and they don't have guests staying there.

9. One thing - if you bring a car, don`t pay their outrageous overnight parking fee (I think it`s around $45 per night), There is a parking garage across the street that is only $28 ner night.

10. We ate breakfast at the hotel--we got it free as part of the deal--and it was excellent, though of course, would have been outrageously expensive had we paid.
