1. We stayed over a weekend and it was the quieter end of town (a bonus in my opinion), the only downside was the lack of very early opening breakfast establishments around the area (the joy of jet lag.

2. The room was very good, and the staff top drawer, but on the downside there is no pool, this is one of the hotels that still charges for internet service, and the restaurant is disappointing, even for breakfast.
