1. I also found the rather loud music in the lobby to detract from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere.

4. One tip - ask for a high floor as the garage is open 24 hrs and makes a loud noise when cars are exiting (to warn pedestrians) so that can get a little annoying if you are sensitive to noise like I am.

8. Suggestion: if not getting multiple rooms, avoid a connecting room, as can hear other room's conversations, noises clearly (or just very loud people).
