1. one night i was sleeping and somebody was trying to open the door, so iimmediately called the reception, but the manager told me it should be somebody that made a mistake, i asked them to check the video cameras of the corridor just to be sure of that, but he told me they didnt have cameras for the privacy of the guests.

4. Not only was the offer not honored but the staff on duty was rude and lazy, didn`t want to lift one finger to help, basically just refused to do anything about that mistake.
