4. He said all the right things like 'that is unacceptable' etc when I told him that the housekeeper was using our dirty towels left on the floor to wipe down table tops, etc ( i had returned one day and found her doing so).

5. There were fingerprints all over the glass and mirrors (not ours), dirty rags left on the floor and tables by housekeeping, dust so thick you could write your name in it, dirty glasses left for us to use, etc.

7. So I was definitively upset and called the cleaning room and the lady came, I told her to change the blanket but she was challenging me until I show her the dirty area she immediately replace the blaket but with a very bad attitud.
