1. The room was an elegant studio suite on a lower floor, I guess I paid the basic room rate, however there were some noise issues coming from the room next door where we could hear anything that was linked to the waterpipes, not the end of the world but annoying all the same.

3. Upon check out I explained that we really should not have to pay for the movie due to the TV issues and she changed the subject and did not address my question or concerns I think there are better properties in San Francisco and personally will not be recommending nor returning to this one.

4. Note to those who have to share a room with co-workers, the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't completely cover the opening to the bathroom which could lead to some issues.
