3. The service wasn't as great as it should have been or can be- our room wasnt made up until after 5 pm, and then they forgot a few items; the valet parking attendant was belligerent with my husband when he tipped the wrong one of the three standing around our car- but everyone was polite, the hotel was beautiful and we will return.

5. It`s not that there is anything wrong with the 5-Star Ritz, it`s just that 4-Star competitors are quickly closing the gap in some areas and their rates are very competitive.

6. Trying to organise a car to take me back to the airport was challenging enough for them - had to repeat my instructions 3 times before they understoon - then they still got it wrong.
