(A paucity of reachable or functional electric outlets is a major
problem
in many hotels I've been in, but not so here.

Also really liked the towels apples and water provided for joggers in the morningHere are a few of the
problem
s:- The hotel did not have a foam set up for me and I am allergic to feathers- They make it very difficult for two people traveling together to book rooms near each other- The Carpets are in need of a deep clean.

Rooms are fine, nice furniture, carpet shows wear but that's a
problem
in all hotels if they are not brand new windows don't close that well so make sure you got the heating going but otherwise no complaints.

Next
problem
: upon reading the Club level 'welcome letter', we learned for the first time that only three people per suite could partake of the Club lounge food and beverage; any additional guests would have to pay $50 per day.
