One has to wonder when exactly the Ritz knew it wouldn't have a room available to me and why it didn't contact me earlier so that I could make other arrangements and wouldn't be scrambling around at the last minute, cramped in a twin bed in a hotel whose decor and surroundings are not of my liking.
