1. I hate to be negative about this, but how can it be great hotel, and advertize a spa, with these facilities, or lack there of? The management was very attentive and did credit me for the treatment when I noted the deficiencies, which was nice.

3. The only real negative during my stay was the water pressure in the toilet and the fact that during one of my showers, the water turned cold.
