What is most disappointing about this experience is that the clerk checking us in certainly knew there is an issue with the noise from the flags on that side of the building (the reason I have rated the service as

If you do stay, avoid the complimentary breakfast, it is very disappointing for a number of reasons- although eggs/bacon/sausage are included, they are of very
poor
quality.
