2. What is most disappointing about this experience is that the clerk checking us in certainly knew there is an issue with the noise from the flags on that side of the building (the reason I have rated the service as poor).

5. That being my only issue, I would definately stay here again as the proximity to the 'EL' and office can't be beat.
