1. The only minor negative is that the housekeeping staff I encountered seemed a bit 'work shy' as I was asked whether it was okay if they did not clean my room one of the days (out of four night stay) because they wanted to 'leave early today'.

5. His words on the phone to me were that 'when a guest chronically has problems with the staff, eventually we decide enough is enough' and mentioned that I was always negative with the staff.

8. The one negative was the lack of quality of their breakfast (scrambled eggs were from package etc) but what can you expect for the price of the room? Oct 22, 2009.
