1. I'd recommend staying on an upper floor to distance yourself from the noise.

3. What is most disappointing about this experience is that the clerk checking us in certainly knew there is an issue with the noise from the flags on that side of the building (the reason I have rated the service as poor).

9. I am not the greatest of sleepers at hotels, but with the vent/fan running constantly, I did not hear any noises outside my room.
