1. The only thing I would note about the area that was frustrating was that it is located in the business district and so many restaurants / convenience shops have VERY limited hours.

2. Either train ride is easy, other than at rush hour when the train is crowded, but at rush hour you risk the frustration of a taxi where the meter moves faster than the cab's wheels.
