1. My only minor complaints are the noisy air conditioning/heater unit (though this isn't a huge problem as you can turn this off at night) and the poor strength of the Wifi signal (maybe this was just where my room was).

3. One problem with that is that one of the keys had never left the dresser except to verify that the keys weren't working.

4. The biggest problem I had with the Crown Plaza was that the parking lot the next day took 2 and a half hours to get us our car, even though we called from our room to make sure they would have it ready after we checked out.
