1. I got upgraded to a Suite from a King Executive because of a small complaint about the first room; Comfort lodging.

2. My only minor complaints are the noisy air conditioning/heater unit (though this isn't a huge problem as you can turn this off at night) and the poor strength of the Wifi signal (maybe this was just where my room was).

4. My biggest complaint is that I called valet to bring the car around as I needed to grab some forgotten things only to find that when I went downstairs the valet guy WALKED me to my car .

5. My only complaint is that the TV was an older-CRT style unit that had a poor signal on some channels, and I couldn't enjoy one of my favorite shows.

6. THE BADMy one major complaint was the heating/air-conditioning unit, which was controlled by an electronic thermostat, but curiously located on a side interior wall, though it looked like a wall unit that would typically face outside.
