1. We had priority seating and had a table in no time at all, and there were others complaining about waiting over an hour.

6. We probably should have mentioned it but previous experience with similar problems at a hotel resulted in too much hassle to make complaining worth it and we did after much experimenting, end up fairly comfortable.

9. Now usually, I would never even complain about something like this, but the tone in the agents voice and the way things were said have put in me in a mood to really voice my opinion.
