1. poor signage, unacceptable greeting by bellman, staff clearly untrained, and rooms and bathrooms need updating.

3. My only minor complaints are the noisy air conditioning/heater unit (though this isn't a huge problem as you can turn this off at night) and the poor strength of the Wifi signal (maybe this was just where my room was).

5. My only complaint is that the TV was an older-CRT style unit that had a poor signal on some channels, and I couldn't enjoy one of my favorite shows.

6. No security camers on any of the floor corridors so secutity is very poor.

8. When I would sit in one part of my room near the door, there was a decent signal and the connection worked; however, when I went to the back of the room (where the bed was), the connection was poor and would sometimes time out.
