3. We had reserved the room about 2 weeks prior to our trip, but the day before we left, I went online and saw the room rate had dropped $60/night on the room, so I called the hotel to obtain the better rate, which they did with no issue.

4. There's been a lot of negative comments on some issues -the elevators yes they are small but we never waited longer than 3 minutes.

7. My only tiny issue with this hotel was that somehow I had been charged for three days worth of parking in the hotel's garage ($150) despite the fact that I didn't even have a car.
