2. 1 twin room with ensuite bathroom which was shared by all persons and 2 sofa beds in the lounge area for the other two adult members of my party, these two beds had very thin matresses on which all springs could be felt through, when we asked for alternative rooms the male on reception was unhelpful - which totally upset the break.

3. At times, I found the staff to be a bit unhelpful and vague but overall, the hotel was good value and would probably stay here again.
