The walls are paper thin, so we could hear our neighbors, the TV had issues, there was no 'all about your hotel' welcome book or anything (a basic one about NYC, yes, but nothing specifically about the hotel services available), stains on the carpet, and the window A/C unit that was blocked by the curtains.

7. Our room also had a lockable walk in cupboard which we were assured had only one key so security for our shopping was never an issue.

8. they even arranged our cab back at a cheaper rate (flagging down taxis is a mission) When i return to New York, I will use the bedford hotel without issue.
