3. The sleep quality was quite poor as the hotel was extremely hot (it was 0c outside most of the time) so the air-con needed to be run 24/7 and the units are very noisy.

5. While I do like getting good value for money, ie big clean rooms at a fair price the poor service at the Bedford is enough to make me think twice before booking this hotel agian.
